10. Shipping Terms
10.1 All products are shipped from our central warehouse in the United Kingdom to our
Nairobi distribution hub via consolidated sea freight.
10.2 Estimated shipping time from dispatch in the UK to arrival in Nairobi is 14–21
business days, subject to customs clearance and port handling times.
10.3 Shipping is done in bulk shipments, and customers will be notified once their order is
cleared and ready for local delivery.
10.4 Once products arrive in Nairobi, we dispatch orders using our motorcycle-based last-
mile delivery network.
10.5 Estimated delivery time within Nairobi is 1–2 business days, and 1–3 business days
for other regions, depending on location.
10.6 Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, ranging from KES 200 to KES 400 per
delivery.
10.7 Customers will receive tracking details or a dispatch confirmation once delivery is
scheduled.
For select items designated as “Monthly Bulk Orders”, the following terms apply:
10.8 Orders will be collected on the first working day of each month and consolidated into
a bulk shipment.
10.9 Estimated delivery time for these orders is 35 days from the date of order, covering

10.10 Customers will be clearly notified at the point of sale when an item qualifies as part of
this shipping model.
10.11 No expedited delivery is available for bulk monthly shipments.
11. Customs, Taxes & Customer Responsibility
11.1 All shipments are processed through Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and Kenya
Bureau of Standards (KEBS) in compliance with local laws.
11.2 SwissLife Africa Ltd. shall handle import clearance procedures, but:
i. Any delays caused by regulatory agencies or additional inspections are outside
our control.
ii. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product ordered complies
with any applicable personal use or resale restrictions.
11.3 By placing an order, the customer agrees to assume responsibility for any customs-
related limitations or rejections pertaining to the product.
12. Subscriptions and recurring bills.
For services offered on a subscription or recurring billing basis, by subscribing you authorize
SwissLife Africa Limited to charge your chosen payment method automatically on the agreed
schedule until you cancel your subscription. Subscription fees will be billed in advance and are
non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date to avoid service
interruptions. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in suspension or
termination of your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the
cancellation procedures outlined in your account settings or by contacting our customer support
